Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
The following shipping policy applies to all items on our website.
Freight charges flat rate and shipped ground. If you need expedited Express shipping, please leave a note during checkout and we will call you with a shipping quote.
Orders within the Continental U.S. are shipped ground for a flat rate of $11.95. Ground shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is $19.99. International orders will receive a shipping quote within 48 hours.
International shipping costs do not include any possible taxes or duties.
Order Fulfillment Policy
Standard orders are shipped within 48 hours of their receipt (excepting holidays). If a product is Sold Out, you will receive a notification within 48 hours with product availability. Pre-spliced Rope Products are made to order and will ship within 7 business days.
Return and Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges must be approved within 30 days of original purchase. No refunds or exchanges will be given after 30 days from the original purchase, unless due to defect in product. If the purchase is a gift, the same policy applies. Product must be received back in NEW condition - damaged or modified products will not be refunded.
Any custom cut length rope under 100' is not returnable.
Only standard stocked spliced goods are returnable. Custom splicing request will be quoted in detail before they are made and are not returnable.
A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Special Order Items are also non-returnable.
If you need to return an item, simply follow these instructions.

- View the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu
- Click the Return Item(s) button.
