Description:

Once confined to martial arts dojos and football weight rooms, battle ropes (sometimes called battling ropes) are now available for the home exercise gym. A wonderful "old school" addition to any Crossfit, fitness or exercise routine, a heavy rope workout is an excellent cardio and fat burning exercise.

  • Both ends have shrink wrap handles for a comfortable grip
  • Shrink Wrap prevents rope from unwinding
  • 2' Chafe Pro Protection at midpoint to avoid wear and tear around anchor point.
