Great tool for speeding soft shackles and other splicing tasks!

I had been building soft shackles using standard fids, tape, and a significant amount of swearing and frustration. I was looking for tools to help with splicing dyneema and similar slippery lines, and found the D-Splicer. I work with 3mm and 3/16" line, so I ordered both the F15 and F20 sizes. These tools have really eased my process, allow me to work much faster with less frustration, and I use a lot less bad language in the process! These tools are well worth the outlay. I considered the other version with the replaceable needles, but it didn't appear to have a needle appropriate for 3/16" line.
