If you're looking for modern performance, a traditional appearance and an exceptionally soft hand, POSH 3 Strand is it.

Langman Ropes of Holland makes this great handling rope from the finest spun polyester yarns available. POSH is used for halyards, sheets, and running rigging on traditional sailboats and dinghies. It's also a great choice as a boltrope for sailmaking as well as interior decorating, garden decor and decorative knotwork with your friends.

The larger diameters of POSH make an excellent choice for rope stair rails and barriers, indoors or outdoors. See the Rope Stair Rails and Hardware section of our site for architectural applications and hardware with POSH.

Love the feel

I so love the feel of this rope. It has been washed cut and is happily awaiting next suspension. I am delighted !!

traditional color rope

Okay, so I really like the color of this rope, it looks like what I imagine natural fiber ropes should look like. I don't know about the POSH designation though. This rope is a little stiffer and slightly less bendable than the white poly I purchased before, which is good in my opinion, because the white stuff would get soft and flimsy in the area where it sees the grip of my cam cleat, and then wouldn't work so good in the cleat any more. I really like the feel of this rope. It was easy to splice and make rope eyes as well.
