Manila 3 Strand Rope
Manila Rope is an inexpensive, general purpose, decorative rope made from abaca plant fibers.
You can use Manila for many projects, indoor and outdoor:
- Architecture - railings for stairs, docks and decks
- Decorating - garden frames and piling wraps
- Utility - decorative boat fenders, tie-downs and more
- Fitness and Fun - Tug-o-War, climbing rope, obstacle course ropes
We stock a range of sizes, from 3/16" manila cord, to hard to find 3" diameter.
We also stock the supplies you need for all of your projects from rope stanchions for railings to climbing rope end clamps.
Not all Manila rope and twine is created equal. We take care in the rope we stock and our Manila is a grade above what you'll find at the hardware store or big box. Manila hemp has a long history, like sisal, jute and other fibers, but natural fibers are now mostly for decorative and low load situations.
