Shipping Policy

Freight charges are calculated based on the weight of the products you are ordering. Relevant shipping options will be presented at checkout, and you may select the shipping option that best suits your needs.


Order Fulfillment Policy

Standard orders are shipped within 48 hours of their receipt (excepting holidays). If a product is Sold Out, customers will receive a notification within 48 hours with product availability. Pre-spliced Rope Products are made to order and will ship within 7 business days. 

  

Return and Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges must be approved within 30 days of original purchase. No refunds or exchanges will be given after 30 days from the original purchase, unless due to defect in product. If the purchase is a gift, the same policy applies. Product must be received back in NEW condition - damaged or modified products will not be refunded.

Any custom cut length rope under 100' is not returnable.

A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns. Shipping costs are not refundable.

If you need to return an item, simply follow these instructions.

  • Login into your account
  • View the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu
  • Click the Return Item(s) button.

Return requests will be reviewed and approved by our customer service staff.  Returns received without approval will not be issued a refund or credit.  Call us at (800) 260-8599 or e-mail info@rwrope.com with questions.

We guarantee every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products or it does not perform to your expectations, we will make good your purchase. R&W Rope reserves the right to inspect products before providing replacement, refund, or other solution.
