For web orders placed with us, shipping and handling fees are based on the order total. Web Orders ranging from $0 to $49.99 will incur a shipping and handling fee of $29.99, while web orders over $50.00 are eligible for a reduced shipping fee of $11.99. Additionally, web orders exceeding $300.00 qualify for free shipping, providing our customers with cost-effective options based on their order values.

Web orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be provided with a shipping quote. Buyers will then be contacted with detailed payment instructions.

International Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering any additional shipping charges for international shipments. Upon placing an international order, customers will receive a quote and instructions for payment regarding the shipping charges. Unfortunately, shipping to the United Kingdom is currently not available due to recent changes in VAT collection regulations.

Return Policy:

  • We offer a 30-day return policy for all products in new and unused condition.
  • Prior to making a purchase, we encourage you to reach out via email for personalized advice on product suitability.
  • In the event of an error on our part, we will promptly rectify it at no additional cost to you.
  • Please note that cut-lengths of rope under 100 ft, custom spliced goods, and special order products are non-returnable for refund or exchange.
  • For all other returns, a 15% restocking fee may apply, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
